Resume uploads submitted through the job application form may also be stored in Google Drive. These services are provided through Google Workspace and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We use these services to receive and organize submissions, contact you about your request or application, and keep intake records for business operations. Access is limited to authorized members of Kindness Home Care Services LLC and trusted service providers who need that access to perform their role.
Health Information and Confidentiality
Health-related information shared with Kindness Home Care Services LLC is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We recognize that health information is sensitive and we handle it accordingly.
While we are a private-pay home care agency and not a covered entity under HIPAA in all circumstances, we apply HIPAA-aligned best practices to the handling of any health-related information we receive.
