Kindness Home Care Services LLC was founded on the understanding that finding good, reliable home care for a loved one is one of the most stressful experiences a family can face. We've lived it. And we started this agency to make it better, not just for our clients, but for the caregivers who do the work.
We operate in Columbus, Ohio and the surrounding area, serving seniors and adults who need support at home but want to remain in the place they know best. Our model is simple: connect the right caregiver with the right client, build a plan that truly fits, and show up every time.
We are a licensed, insured, and bonded home care agency. Every caregiver we place is thoroughly screened, background-checked, and covered under our general liability and workers' compensation policies. Families never bear the administrative or legal burden of employing a caregiver themselves.
We're privately owned, community-rooted, and entirely focused on the families we serve, not on investor returns or corporate metrics.
To provide compassionate, personalized, and reliable home care that enables individuals to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes, while giving their families peace of mind.
A community where every aging adult has access to quality in-home care, and where caregiving is recognized as the dignified, skilled profession it truly is.
We believe the quality of care is measured not only in tasks completed, but in the softness of a voice, the patience in a moment, and the genuine warmth brought to each interaction.
There is no standard client. Every person we serve has their own history, preferences, routines, and needs. We build care plans that reflect the individual, not a template.
Protecting our clients, their families, and our caregivers is not optional, it is foundational. Below is a summary of the insurance coverage and compliance standards we maintain.
Our general liability policy protects clients and their property in the event of accidental damage or injury occurring during the course of care. Coverage is maintained continuously and verified annually.
