We do not require long-term contracts. We ask for a minimum of 4 hours per visit and a courtesy notice of at least 48 hours for schedule changes or cancellations.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations when possible. Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a partial cancellation fee, as detailed in your service agreement.

In many cases, home care services can be paid for using HSA or FSA funds, particularly when the care is related to a qualifying medical condition. We recommend consulting your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm eligibility. We provide itemized receipts to support your claims.

We understand that care costs can be significant. We're happy to work with families on payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office to discuss your situation.

Our caregivers are employees of Kindness Home Care Services LLC. This means we handle payroll taxes, workers' compensation insurance, background checks, and ongoing oversight, you don't have any employer liability or administrative burden.
